Join us on Thursday, September 30th for the Orange Shirt Day Remembrance Run 5K. We will have a 5k route mapped out at Crown Hill Park and ask those that want to participate to sign up on the linked website and join the “Wild Jackalope” team. Please wear orange to help increase awareness of the thousands of Indigenous children stolen from their families and homelands, forced into Boarding and Residential Schools.(To date, over 6,509 Indigenous children have been unearthed from Boarding and Residential school properties.). Please register or donate below, and if you are financially unable to support, please feel free to join the run anyway, just wear orange!
